The production time for standard products is approximately 20–50 days. Large custom projects generally require 45–60 days or longer, depending on the project size and complexity. The final schedule will be confirmed in the contract.

We provide three installation options:

1. Self-Installation: Detailed installation drawings and manuals are provided.

2. Remote Guidance: Our technical team provides online support throughout the installation process.

3. On-Site Support: A technician can be dispatched from China. The service fee is USD $150 per day, while accommodation, local transportation and meals are covered by the client.

Aoleao provides a 1–3 year warranty depending on the component, together with spare parts and replacement support.

Shipping: What are the estimated shipping costs to my location?

Shipping costs depend on the destination, equipment volume and weight, project size, container requirements, shipping method, and current freight rates.

After the equipment list and delivery destination are confirmed, Aoleao can calculate the required container space and provide a project-specific shipping estimate.

Customs: Are there any customs duties or taxes for my order?

Customs duties and import taxes depend on the regulations of your country or region. Charges are generally calculated according to the declared value, product classification, HS code and country of origin.
